When will my order arrive?
We ship all orders from Vietnam. Delivery usually takes7–16 business days within Asia, and2–12 weeksto other regions worldwide.
Please note that delays with the postal system are common and beyond our control. For this reason, we kindly ask you not to submit inquiries about lost packages until at least30 business dayshave passed.
Where's my order confirmation?
Please remember to check your spam or junk folder!
Lobeo Global automatically sends order and shipping confirmations, but sometimes email providers (especially Gmail) may flag these as spam. If you suspect a typo in your email address, just reach out to us and we’ll be happy to update it for you.
How do I cancel my order?
If it hasn't been shipped yet, contact us and we'll refund you in full. Refunds can only be issued on the same card or PayPal account that was used when making the order. If your order has already been shipped, you'll need to ship it back to us at your expense and we'll refund you once we receive it and confirm the items haven't been used or damaged. Please always contact us first before returning an item.
Where is my tracking number?
Your tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation email (please check your spam folder if you don’t see it).
In some countries, certain carriers do not provide tracking numbers. If your order falls into this case, we will notify you by email.
How much does shipping cost?
We are currently testing a flat shipping fee program:
- To Southeast Asian countries: $9.9
- To other countries: $14.9
