Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lobeo Global. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we are here to support you if something goes wrong. Please read our refund policy below.

1. Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Certain types of goods are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
- Digital products
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Gift cards

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at lobeoart@gmail.com with your order number, name, and clear photos of the damaged item(s).

We will offer you a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.
Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us at lobeoart@gmail.com.

5. Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.
If you are returning a defective/damaged product, we will cover the return shipping.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

6. Non-Delivery & Customs Issues

We are not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These are determined by your country’s customs office and are not refundable by us.
