We ship all orders from Vietnam.

Shipping Options & Fees

Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery: 2–4 weeks

• • Orders under USD 50: USD 6.90

  • Orders of USD 50 or more: FREE shipping

UPS Express Shipping — Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

• • Orders under USD 100: USD 40

  • Orders of USD 100 or more: USD 25

  • Please note that delivery to some remote areas may take an additional 1–2 business days.

For Bolivia, Peru, we currently offer UPS Express Shipping only to ensure faster and more reliable delivery. 

Customers in other countries may also choose UPS Express Shipping at checkout for a faster delivery experience.

Please note that orders shipped via UPS Express may be subject to import duties or customs fees upon arrival. Based on our current shipping experience, these charges are generally minimal, typically under USD 5, although the final amount is determined by the customs authorities in the destination country.

Please note that delays with the postal system are common and beyond our control. For this reason, we kindly ask you not to submit inquiries about lost packages until at least 30 business days have passed.

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible! Processing usually takes just a few days, but during peak times—such as holidays or special sales—it may take a little longer. Please keep in mind that our small team handles all shipments by hand, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Your tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation email (please check your spam folder if you don’t see it).

In some countries, certain carriers do not provide tracking numbers. If your order falls into this case, we will notify you by email. 

Sorry, due to unstable customs policies, we have temporarily suspended shipping to Brazil and Turkey. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to resume shipping soon.

Customs & Import Taxes

- EU, United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada, Thailand, Korea, China, UAE, Qatar, Dubai, Japan, Singapore: The price you see on our website is the final price. Customers will not be required to pay any additional taxes, customs duties, or handling fees upon delivery. If you are unexpectedly asked to pay any extra fees, please do not pay immediately—contact us first so we can check and assist you.

- EU New Import Fee: For orders shipped to the EU, the new €3 import fee is charged per product category (HS code), not per individual item. For example, an order containing multiple brushes will generally count as one product category, while an order containing brushes, pens, and paper may count as three different categories. This fee will be covered by Lobeo, not the customer, so you can shop with peace of mind.

- Other Countries, Norway: Depending on the destination, import taxes and customs fees may be covered by either Lobeo or the customer. When payable by the customer, these fees are generally low, as we use shipping and declaration methods designed to help minimize unnecessary costs.
