How do I change my location/currency?

You can find the dropdown menu to change your location and currency by scrolling down to the bottom of the page.

When will my order arrive?

We ship all orders from Vietnam. Delivery usually takes 7–16 business days within Asia, and 2–12 weeks to other regions worldwide.
Please note that delays with the postal system are common and beyond our control. For this reason, we kindly ask you not to submit inquiries about lost packages until at least 30 business days have passed.

Why can't I make an order?

Where's my order confirmation?

Please remember to check your spam or junk folder!
Lobeo Global automatically sends order and shipping confirmations, but sometimes email providers (especially Gmail) may flag these as spam. If you suspect a typo in your email address, just reach out to us and we’ll be happy to update it for you.

I made a mistake when typing my address, how do I fix it?

Contact us via email at lobeoart@gmail.com or the shop's contact form and we'll fix it for you!

How do I cancel my order?

If it hasn't been shipped yet, contact us and we'll refund you in full. Refunds can only be issued on the same card or PayPal account that was used when making the order. If your order has already been shipped, you'll need to ship it back to us at your expense and we'll refund you once we receive it and confirm the items haven't been used or damaged. Please always contact us first before returning an item.

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible! Processing usually takes just a few days, but during peak times—such as holidays or special sales—it may take a little longer. Please keep in mind that our small team handles all shipments by hand, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Where is my tracking number?

Your tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation email (please check your spam folder if you don’t see it).
In some countries, certain carriers do not provide tracking numbers. If your order falls into this case, we will notify you by email.

Why do you need my phone number?

We will never call you directly, but the shipping carrier may contact you when your package is ready for pickup. If the recipient cannot be reached, the order will be returned to us.

If you are sending a gift directly to someone else’s address, please provide their phone number instead of yours — this is especially important for international orders!

My order was damaged in the mail, what do I do?

Contact us via email at lobeoart@gmail.com or the shop's contact form and include your name, your order number, and a photograph of the damaged item(s) for a replacement or a refund!
