Shipping Options & Fees

All orders are shipped from Vietnam.

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery: 2–4 weeks

• Orders under USD 50 — Shipping fee: USD 6.90
• Orders of USD 50 or more — FREE shipping

Processing & Tracking

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. Processing usually takes only a few days, but it may take slightly longer during holidays, special sales, or other peak periods.

As a small team, we carefully prepare and handle every shipment by hand, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

• Tracking number

  • Your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

  • If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

• Orders without tracking

  • In some countries, certain shipping carriers may not provide tracking numbers.

  • If this applies to your order, we will notify you by email.

• Delayed or potentially lost packages

  • Postal delays can occasionally occur and are beyond our control.

  • Please wait at least 30 business days before submitting an inquiry regarding a potentially lost package.

Temporary Shipping Restrictions

Due to unstable customs policies, we have temporarily suspended shipping to:

• Brazil

• Turkey

Customs & Import Taxes

Tax-Inclusive Destinations

For orders shipped to the following destinations, the price shown on our website is generally the final price:

• European Union

• United States

• United Kingdom

• Australia

• Canada
  

• China
  

• Japan

• Singapore

Customers should not be required to pay additional taxes, customs duties, or handling fees upon delivery.

If you are unexpectedly asked to pay an additional charge, please do not pay immediately. Contact us first so we can check the shipment and assist you.

EU Import Fee

For shipments to the European Union, the new €3 import fee is charged per product category (HS code), rather than per individual item. This fee will be covered by Lobeo, not the customer.

Other Countries

For destinations not listed above, including Norway, import taxes and customs fees may be covered either by Lobeo or by the customer depending on the destination and shipping method.

When these charges are payable by the customer:

• Fees are generally low

• We use shipping and declaration methods designed to help minimize unnecessary costs
