When will my order arrive?
When will my order arrive?
We ship all orders from Vietnam.
Orders are carefully packed and handed over to the shipping carrier within 24 hours of being placed. Tracking numbers are typically activated and emailed to you 3–4 days after shipment.
For some destinations, we use local postal partners. In these cases, tracking information may not become available until the parcel arrives in the destination country.
Delivery typically takes 7–16 business days within Asia, the United States, Australia, Canada, and Europe.
For some other countries, delivery may take 3–12 weeks (typically around 4 weeks). If your destination falls into this category, we will notify you by email after your order is placed.
Please note that delays within international postal systems are relatively common and are unfortunately beyond our control. For this reason, we kindly ask that you wait at least 30 business days from the shipping date before contacting us about a potentially lost package.
How much does shipping cost?

Why does the checkout display prices in USD?
Why does the checkout display prices in USD?
Our default currency is USD. When you visit our website, prices may be automatically displayed in your local currency based on an estimated exchange rate for reference purposes. However, at checkout, the final amount will be displayed and processed in USD.
If you pay with Visa or Mastercard, your card issuer will automatically convert the USD amount into your local currency, so you can complete your purchase as usual. The final amount may vary slightly depending on your bank's exchange rate.

[Important] Customs & Import Taxes
[Important] Customs & Import Taxes
- EU, United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada, Korea, China, UAE, Qatar, Dubai, Japan, Singapore: The price you see on our website is the final price. Customers will not be required to pay any additional taxes, customs duties, or handling fees upon delivery. If you are unexpectedly asked to pay any extra fees, please do not pay immediately—contact us first so we can check and assist you.
- EU New Import Fee: For orders shipped to the EU, the new €3 import fee is charged per product category (HS code), not per individual item. For example, an order containing multiple brushes will generally count as one product category, while an order containing brushes, pens, and paper may count as three different categories. This fee will be covered by Lobeo, not the customer, so you can shop with peace of mind.
- Other Countries, Norway: Depending on the destination, import taxes and customs fees may be covered by either Lobeo or the customer. When payable by the customer, these fees are generally low, as we use shipping and declaration methods designed to help minimize unnecessary costs.
If you are ever charged an unusually high amount, please do not pay immediately—contact us first, and we will do our best to assist you.

Why Can’t I Find Lobeo Brushes on Amazon, Etsy, or Other Marketplaces?
This is a question we receive very often. Online marketplaces make shopping convenient, and many artists prefer buying all their art supplies in one place. And ... so do we! The mainly reason is: We choose to prioritize quality over rapid expansion. Around 90% of Lobeo brushes are handmade using traditional techniques that require time, precision, and skilled craftsmanship. As a result, our production capacity is limited, and we currently cannot produce enough to supply multiple marketplaces, distributors, and our official website at the same time. Lobeo brushes are primarily developed for watercolor and gouache. Each new design is tested by our in-house artists during real painting sessions, while every production batch is carefully inspected before shipping. Selling directly allows us to maintain this level of quality control and attention to detail. It also helps us keep our prices reasonable by avoiding additional marketplace, advertising, warehousing, and fulfillment fees. Instead, we can invest more in materials, craftsmanship, product development, and customer support. Through our official website, we can provide personalized recommendations, brush care guidance, technical support, warranty assistance, special promotions, and small gifts for our community. In the future, we may consider additional distribution channels as Lobeo grows. However, we will only do so when we are confident that the same standards of quality and service can be maintained. For now, selling directly remains the best way for us to preserve the craftsmanship, quality, and care that go into every Lobeo brush. If you ever need recommendations, technical support, or simply have a question, please don't hesitate to reach out via our live chat, email us at lobeoart@gmail.com, or contact us through any of our social media channels. We'd be truly happy to hear from you and are always here to help. We'd be truly happy to be part of your artistic journey. We hope our brushes will accompany you as you continue to explore, create, and enjoy the world of art! Lobeo Art - Fire up your passion!
BRUSH PREPARATION & CARE GUIDE
HOW TO REMOVE THE PROTECTIVE GLUE Before using a new brush, remove all of the protective glue from the bristles. This prevents the glue from affecting your paint or artwork. Once the glue has been removed and the brush is fully wet, you will see its true working shape. - Step 1: Soften the GlueDip only the bristles into clean water for 1–2 minutes to soften the glue.Important: Hold the brush in your hand while soaking. Do not let the tip rest against the bottom of the cup, as this may damage the point. Smaller brushes may require less soaking time. - Step 2: Remove the GlueGently squeeze and massage the bristles with your fingers, working from the ferrule toward the tip. This allows the glue to dissolve gradually while helping prevent broken or loosened hairs. - Step 3: Rinse ThoroughlyRinse the brush under a gentle stream of running water. Continue lightly stroking the bristles until they no longer feel sticky.Note: Larger brushes require extra attention, as glue can remain deep inside the core of the bristles. - Step 4: Reshape the TipGently reshape the brush with your fingers. For round brushes, you can roll the damp tip lightly on a towel, paper, or palette to restore a fine point. - Step 5: Air DryAllow the brush to air dry naturally. Avoid direct sunlight and hot air from hair dryers or other heat sources. BRUSH SHEDDING? A small amount of shedding during the first 1–2 uses is completely normal, especially immediately after removing the protective glue. This is common with handmade brushes, particularly traditional calligraphy brushes and other handcrafted natural-hair brushes. After removing the glue, you may gently stroke the bristles to remove any loose hairs left from the manufacturing process. If your brush continues to shed heavily after one month of normal use, please contact Lobeo and let us know how the brush has been used and cared for. If we determine that the shedding is due to a manufacturing defect, we will gladly send you a replacement brush. HOW WILL THE BRUSH LOOK AFTER THE GLUE IS REMOVED? After the protective glue has been removed, natural-hair brushes may appear softer, fluffier, or slightly spread out. This is completely normal—the bristles will not hold the same tightly shaped form they had while coated with glue.Once the brush absorbs water, it will naturally return to its intended working shape.Over time, with regular use, if a dry brush feels stiff, loses its soft, fluffy texture, or no longer performs as it should, it is a sign that the natural hair has begun to wear out. BRUSH CARE Clean your brush thoroughly after every use. Store brushes in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place. Do not leave brushes standing in a water container for extended periods, as this can damage their shape. Avoid storing dry brushes with the tip pressed against hard surfaces, which may deform the bristles. REALLY IMPORTANT: Do not cap the brush until it is completely dry, including the inner core. Repeatedly capping a damp brush can lead to mold growth and deterioration of the natural hair. If you need to put the cap back on, wait until the brush is fully dry (the bristles will appear soft and fluffy). Before capping, lightly dampen and smooth the outer surface of the bristles with clean water to help prevent them from bending. The cap should only be used for short periods during transport.
